Silke Krol
Silke serves as CEO, CFO, and CSO for Encytos. She has nearly 20 years of experience in innovative research in the interdisciplinary field of nanomedicine. To solve problems and find out-of-the-box solutions is her passion. She will develop Encytos technology for personalized therapy.

Arturo Susarrey-Arce
Arturo currently oversees business activities at Encytos as COO and CTO. His ambition is the use of encytos technology as a tool kit to answer complex biological questions in a physiologically relevant context.

Erwin Berenschot
Erwin is the production manager and is responsible for the development of new surfaces and upscaling of Encytos technology as production manager.

Yasser Pordeli will work part-time for encytos. He is skilled in cleanroom-based technologies for micro-and nanoengineering.
