One-step purification of fibroblasts directly from primary tissue

The Encytos G1 templates allow the 1-step isolation of fibroblasts directly from the isolated primary tissue (both normal and tumor) by just placing a piece on the structured surface. The first fibroblast migrates into the template while other cells are excluded. After 1 week, a pure fibroblast culture can be harvested by deposing the tissue piece. Figure: Peritumoral fibroblasts
